Our Application Process
Ready to apply to Hinsdale Adventist Academy?
We’re happy to have your interest and the opportunity to educate and inspire your child. The various steps of our application process are designed to help insure that your child will transition successfully into our school. For priority consideration, applications must be submitted for the following school year by January 31, 2026. All remaining items in the application process must be completed and/or submitted by March 1, 2026 in order to receive an admissions decision in mid-March.
We continue with rolling admissions until a class is full, so late applications are welcome for available spots or for our wait-pool. If you need any assistance along the way, please contact us.

SUBMIT INQUIRY
Create an account to submit your inquiry. An email with application instructions and portal access will be sent to all listed recipients.
DISCOVER MORE
All new students must attend a Discovery Day (1/2 day in current grade). Tours can be requested online or by calling the schools main office. Tours are scheduled between Monday-Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and Fridays 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Special request outside of noted times must be requested and approval.
SUBMIT APPLICATION
Log into your student portal to submit your application. The application fee is $28.
SCHEDULE TESTING
& ASSESMENT
Student assessments help us understand how to support your child. Our programs meet students where they are and help them grow academically and socially.
After completing the Enrollment section of the application process, sign the electronic signature agreement and sumbit for approval. Custodial parent(s) must provide the required signature. The Enrollment registratio is $100.
